Mr Bainbridge is the governor responsible for Health and Safety and also for Staffing. He has worked for 27 years within BT, with a number of years’ experience as Health and Safety lead for operational teams in the Midlands and the last 3 years in a Resource management and HR role...
At Oxhey he has completed Health and Safety walks, Risk Assessments and access equipment awareness to ensure a safe environment for both children and the staff.
Mr Bainbridge is married to Christine and has 4 children - Matt 30, serving in the army, Jake 20 an apprentice with BT, Zac 15 at Biddulph High School, Freya 11 who is at Woodhouse Middle School. All children, like himself, have attended Oxhey First School he still retains his links with Oxhey through his Great-Nephew Ashton who is currently in reception.
Aside from providing taxi services to the kids, Tim also spends time looking after Freya's ponies both working them and mucking out alongside walking his 2013 Christmas present a Patterdale terrier . He watches, still occasionally plays rugby and coaches the U15 team. He also enjoys fitness training such as circuits and boxing and when time allows reading factual history books and historical novels.
