Harriet the School Dog

Harriet has been with the school since September, and plays a wide variety of roles within school life.

She help to give out the prizes during Celebration Assembly.

She is cared for and looked after by the children awarded 'pupil of the week', these children are also responsible for walking Harriet.

Children come and show her examples of good work and pieces they are proud of and she awards certificates and stickers.

She spends time hearing children read.

She helps children who are ill to feel a little better until their parents can collect them.

She spends time in Tiger Club with children before and after school.

Groups of children come to visit and talk about their learning.

Harriet helps out with school events. For examples of Harriet's activities this year please look at the photos below.
